Day 19 - Leaving Austria... stop in Slovakia and hello Czech Republic!!!

Hey families,
Today we had a good breakfast in Vienna, and with sadness we left the city, yet we were excited to move on to new experiences.

It didn't take long for us to get to Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. We walked around the city, and we saw the bronze statues, the most famous one is the Cumil (The Watcher), and after that more four of them were made. Because of that we had a contest of who could take pictures with the five statues. We found a winner, but some of the statues were under reconstruction, so Karla (New Zealand) had the brilliant idea to take the photo in the space where they were missing which made her win.

We had lunch with a of variety of options. After that we went to the castle that was built as a prison but turned into a castle. It had an amazing view of all the city, with the Danube River. So we went back to the bus  and were on our way to Prague.

We arrived here and could enjoy the swimming pool and a walk through the city, that is actually wonderful in the night lights. We walked across the Charles' Bridge (Karolos in chech) and returned to the hotel in a taxi.
