Today we left our beautiful beachside hotel in Italy at 8am, we traveled for 2 hours until Postojna where we entered the amazing caves that were founded in the 17th century and is 20,570 m long and 115 m deep. These caves were made by the Pivka river.
We traveled though the caves in a small train then had a walking tour for about a hour and a half being told about the different types of rocks and the history of the caves.
The caves had some very old natural statues that have been there for thousands of years.
After we returned to the bus where we traveled for about 5 hours that had beautiful landscapes passing by llike sunflower fields, villages and big hills.
When we finally arrived at the hotel we had a delicious meal with live music.
We are really excited to get to know the city of Budapest tomorrow.
