Day 2: A DAY IN COPENHAGEN AND AT THE AMUSEMENT PARK TIVOLI!

Hej Alle (Hi Everyone -that's a little Danish for y'all)

Today was our first full day travelling and experiencing the Euro Tour! We started the day early by heading into the city of Copenhagen with our Danish tour guide. The first stop was the previous Royal Palace for the Danish Royal Family, lots of little secrets and interesting facts were shared.

We set sail to the harbour and walked around the foreshore and were even lucky enough to see the Queens yacht being polished and the Royal Palace of the current Queen and her family (even our fellow Australian, Princess Mary) we laughed at the guards protecting their home!

Students in strapped in their first roller coaster!

After we visited one of Copenhagen's most well known sculpture "The Little Mermaid" and went into the city to try some traditional Danish food for lunch! The next stop was Tivoli Theme Park full of many thrilling rides which by the end many hot faces and tired bodies walked out of, the buffet dinner perked us up a bit until the tour bus finally arrived and the tiring day was coming to an end and our bed were calling us!

We are now prepared for the amount of sleep we will need by the end of these 21 days!

Up in the air!
